Command Center: Real-Time Venue Oversight

The Command Center is the manager's primary dashboard for real-time situational awareness. It aggregates safety data, staff activity, and spatial analytics into a single view to ensure the venue is operating safely and efficiently.

1. Safety Alerts

This module provides a live feed of all reported incidents within the venue.

  • Real-Time Monitoring: View incidents filtered by "Today" or "Yesterday" to track recent safety trends.
  • Incident Status: When the venue is secure, a green "All Clear" indicator confirms that no active incidents have been reported.
  • Detailed Logging: When active, alerts display the precise Date/Time, the Zone Group, the specific Zone, and the current Status of the response.

2. Live Heatmap

The heatmap provides a visual representation of activity and incidents across your floor plans.

  • Spatial Analytics: View incident density across the Ground Floor or other levels.
  • Active Incidents: High-risk areas are highlighted with red markers indicating the number of active incidents (e.g., "1 Active Incident" in the Female Toilet).
  • Interactive View: Click the expansion arrows to dive deeper into specific floor analytics.

3. Active Staff Management

Effective response relies on knowing exactly which security coordinators are available.

  • Staff Presence: The Active Staff pane lists all security coordinators currently logged into the system and ready to receive alerts.
  • Total Count: A quick summary at the bottom shows the total number of security coordinators currently on the floor (e.g., "0 logged in security coordinators").

4. Staff Login & QR Access

To ensure seamless transitions between shifts, the Command Center provides immediate access to authentication tools.

  • Login QR: Displayed prominently for staff to scan and join the active monitoring session.
  • Zone Selection: Staff can use this module to toggle between general Login and specific Zone assignments.
  • Physical Assets: Use the Print QR button to generate physical codes that can be posted at staff entry points or back-of-house areas.
